Luxury Bamboo Linen online Store Terms & Conditions. (Your statutory rights are not affected)

1. Orders & Acceptance.
By ordering goods and services (products) from our online store you
accept these terms and conditions. Luxury Bamboo Linen may verify payment and/or address details
provided with your order. Your order is an offer to purchase products which Luxury Bamboo Linen may
or may not accept. Should we refuse to accept an order we will make contact with the email
address provided with the order.

2. Stock & Quantities.
We (Luxury Bamboo Linen) endeavour to keep stock of all advertised products,
however due to adverse conditions we may at times experience delays in restocking and will
advise customers as soon as is practicable.

3. Electronic Communication.
When you place an order through Luxury Bamboo Linen, you are required
to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the
status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to
provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your
order. You agree that Luxury Bamboo Linen will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or
information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail
address.

4. Pricing and Product Information.
Luxury Bamboo Linen makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to
Luxury Bamboo Linen’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are
subject to change at any time prior to Luxury Bamboo Linen’s acceptance of your order. In the
event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or
service that affects your outstanding order with Luxury Bamboo Linen, or an error in pricing, we
will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected
version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has
already been charged for a purchase, Luxury Bamboo Linen will issue a credit to your credit card
in the amount of the charge.

5. Security and Privacy.
The Luxury Bamboo Linen Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets
Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of payment data over the internet. When paying for
an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window.
This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal

6. Payment and Shipment.
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards, issued in THE EU: Visa®, MasterCard®, and Laser® cards. Orders placed before 12.30 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders
placed after 12.30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and
billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day. We ship all products
using a countrywide delivery service for a flat rate.

7. Warranties.
The only warranties Luxury Bamboo Linen provides with respect to any product or service
purchased through the Luxury Bamboo Linen Store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written
manufacturer documentation accompanying such product or service.

8. Return Policy.
You may return any product purchased through the Luxury Bamboo Linen Store within
seven (7) working days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original
packaging materials. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective
or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement.
