Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you change your mind, you can return
items within 7 working days of delivery for a full refund free of charge. If, on receipt of delivery you find goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged, please contact us by email or telephone and we will send out an immediate replacement (free of charge) and have
the original goods picked up on delivery. All items must be wrapped in their original packaging and in good condition. If when it is returned, it is not in good condition we reserve the right to refuse the refund. When we receive the returned item(s) and are satisfied that it is good condition we will happily issue the relevant refund. Bamboo fibre comes from nature, and returns completely to nature in the end.
